Our philosophy
New educational paradigm
Accompaniment
Educate and accompany, instead of controlling, restricting or punishing. Transform authority into accompaniment, listening and support, to create bonds of trust through positive reinforcement.
It is important to learn more about the internal world of our students through the multiple diversities and learn to accept them as they are.
The investment in time and effort for emotional accompaniment is very profitable. Without a good classroom climate and without group cohesion, the teaching-learning process is slower and even impossible. Not addressing the emotional state of the students generates exclusion and social prejudice and the loss on the part of the students, who disengage from the educational system (absenteeism, failure and early school leaving...) without contributing to society all their creative potential.
emotional learning
Development of emotional skills
This project is based on emotional intelligence, on "the ability to recognize our own emotions and those of others, to motivate ourselves and to manage relationships properly", and above all, it seeks a way to transmit these valuable lessons to our children, through the schools.
A good emotional education promotes a proactive attitude towards competency learning, reinforces personal self-concept and generates well-being, which is why it is important to fPromote emotional learning, providing them with resources and tools that allow them to learn to “be” and “live”.
Equality and inclusion
diversity integration
Inescapable need to promote a better perception and knowledge of the different forms of diversity in the human being, to consolidate an inclusive school model, through an education that values diversity, to achieve equality, that all our children , girls and boys, have the same opportunities and privileges, and that they can belong equally. Education in moral values and respect for Human Rights.
synergy
Union make force
The purpose is to, among all, guarantee the free development of the personality of our young people, non-discrimination, as well as facilitate processes of inclusion, protection, awareness, accompaniment and advice to students, their families and teachers.
